Mr. Terry Oehring has an extensive background in the Information Technology field with over 18 years of experience in hands-on roles and technology leadership. The past ten years have been focused in the financial services and banking sector. His diverse background in IT management, coupled with his knowledge of information security and regulatory compliance, provides a combination of both strategic vision and tactical delivery. Mr. Oehring’s technology experience started at Dell Financial Services where he rose to the position of Director of IT. Responsible for all aspects of technology, he led a team that redesigned a financial portal that cut the time to approve financing in half. Terry went on to the S1 Corporation, a $300 million international payments and financial services software provider where he served as director of web technologies and information security. Terry was given a million dollar budget to create one of the first Managed Security Services for community banks. He successfully built a team and designed a solution that had great success with early adopters. Mr. Oehring left S1 to start his own company, Solis Security, in 2003 to provide professional IT and Information Security support for financial institutions of all sizes. Mr. Oehring contributes the success of Solis to the company’s ability to get technology to support the objectives and goals of every client.
Guy Daubenspeck, CISSP
Senior Security Consultant, Project Management
Mr. Daubenspeck has been involved in the high-tech industry for 32 years. The past 8 years he has focused on network security for financial institutions. Guy was employed at Techrizon for 25 years as a project manager, software developer, section manager, process improvement engineer and enterprise management consultant. He was instrumental with the process improvement which ultimately resulted in his company becoming one of only five companies in the world to get certified as a Capability Maturity Model, Level 5 organization. Guy also led the effort in Techrizon becoming one of only four companies in the U.S. at the time to be ISO 17799 Certified. During his last 5 years there he performed risk assessments on secret level government installations and financial institutions. Guy joined Solis in 2005 and now serves as the Information Security Officer for clients as part of their security oversight. Mr. Daubenspeck monitors and advises clients of their current security posture, strategic planning, leads annual risk assessments, spearheads the preparation for annual audits and exams, and works with our client’s auditors and examiners
Stuart Clark, CISSP
Senior IS Consultant
Stuart is involved in many facets of our business and has been phenomenal with onsite projects with our customers. He is great to work with and gets the job done right. Stuart has held leadership roles for organizations in both the public and private sector and prior to joining Solis Security, he was a member of senior management for a regional Texas bank. He provided leadership and a creative vision in bank and IT operations growing a small institution of less than $80 million in assets into a regional bank with assets exceeding $700 million within a 6-year period. Stuart also served as the Director of Training for FundsXpress Financial Network. Stuart was instrumental in the development and execution of key operational strategies for them that facilitated the rapid deployment of complex banking solutions for financial institutions. Stuart is also a former distinguished law enforcement officer, having received numerous awards and praise from citizens for his fairness and ethical treatment of those he served. He maintains a high degree of technical competence in network infrastructure, virtualization and data center security with a strong security emphasis.
